AAKASH MUDRA (SKY POSE)

Aakash Mudra (Sky Pose)

The sky element has an important place among the five elements that make up our body. The middle finger of our hand represents the sky element. The space in our body is the sky element. Due to the element of sky, bones and muscles are spongy, which keeps them flexible. Aakash mudra is formed with the help of thumb and middle finger of hand.

Method:-

Sit down in the Vajrasana (Thunderbolt Posture), keep both hands on knees, palms up. Now bend the middle fingers of both hands and touch the tips of the fingers with the tips of the thumbs, press gently, Keep your index finger, ring finger and little finger upright.

Duration:-

Practice the Aakash-Mudra for five to fifteen minutes. Three times a day.

Precaution:-

Do not apply Akash Mudra in air disorder.
Do not apply Akash Mudra while eating and while walking.
